We work for you

RicaRent works with YOUR booking policies and rules. We don't impose any blanket policies on our house owners concerning payment timings or refunds. Before listing your house we will meet with the owner or manager to understand their requirements and we will honour these.

Furthermore you can trust RicaRent never to negotiate your rental rates without your consent, or engage in any other unscrupulous tactics.

What do we require?

Before listing your property we will require the following from you:

• Original photography of the property (uncompressed version)
• Tour of the property
• Orientation meeting with the owner or manager to understand your booking policies, rates and requirements.
